by LSA Design, and warranted against defects in materials and labor
for 90 days, unless otherwise stated.

Net 30 day accounts
are available with approved credit. We accept VISA, MasterCard and
American Express. All fixtures are shipped F.O.B. from our manufacturing
facility in Hayward CA, and subject to shipping and handling charges.
Net costs do not include any applicable tax or duty. Prices and
